Maybe he really wanted to know exactly what he asked for. That's the remote control reset info I gave.
He may have wanted the hex versions of the commands as you gave them to him. The problem is, we don't know whether he really wants to do exactly what he said, or whether he simply wanted the hex commands. I haven't tried copying hex commands into the URC editor, so I don't know the answer to this: is it possible to type a hex command into the URC editor somewhere, or is he going to have to take these commands, create a ccf, then import it?
