I'm cross posting but I'm trying to get the most input so I'm only a little bit sorry.

I can not get the Pro24r to control the Bell Fibe receiver (VIP2502). I learned the codes and that went as usual (they were not in the database), but not a single one works.

Has anyone else used this combo, or have any recommendations? Does anyone know if the Bell Fibe boxes have an American counter part that I can try the codes for?

I will be calling tech support tomorrow while I'm on sight, but I'm just covering all of the angles.

Additional info:

All codes are coming from the remote - no processor
TV, BD, Apple TV, Receiver all work fine.
Nothing blocking anything
Fibe box is IR only, no RF
No IR flashers or repeater is being used, line of sight


I'm thinking of seeing if my Harmony has the codes and if so, learning from it?
