A guy in a truck with a gun murders a naked guy. There is no other option here. Definitely inbred. Definitely a murderer
The real problem here is guns and everyone thinking they have the right to "confront" other people.
Not a member of law enforcement? Stay in your car and dial 911. You are not a hero. You are not trained to deal with things like this no matter how many youtube videos you have watched.
Firearms are for hunting, sport and self defense. If you can't "handle" a naked man on the highway without a gun then maybe you shouldn't try.

Scuffle happens and naked guys ends up getting shot.
Then someone starts yelling racism without knowing all the facts.
