UPDATE: Just got off the phone with a pleasant man from the site, but he couldn't help me. My profile is beyond the scope of his ability to repair (not sure what needs to be done) but the advance resolution group will call me within 48 hours. If not, I was instructed to call them back.
I'm actually enrolled in the site, and have submitted my profile and family information, but cannot see any plans or prices.
