Great suggestions. RTI has a very aggressive dealer program where you can get product for self or employee use. Attend a training program at your local distributor or supplier as the interactive / ability to ask questions is useful. Most of all, you can't learn RTI without a lot of work on the field, practice and making mistakes. Learn the product line and how it can make life easier for you on the field.
