1. Bad battery 2. Broken pc traces on board where battery plugs in (battery change can do this) 3. Oxidation of charging contacts on wand or dock. Use fiberglass brush or soft pencil eraser to scrub/shine up both sets of contacts 4. Defective remote 5. User malfunction
