Just use ID #1, which should be the default ID. The reason they have multiple ID's is so that you can control multiple Denon receivers and set each remote with a unique control ID so that it controls the corresponding receiver.

Importing these commands is fairly simple...
Your basically going to open up the hex editor in the software, then copy the code next to each corresponding function in the spreadsheet that you want to import, then paste it in the editor, and then drag the command to the button on corresponding button. It's super easy it can just be a little time consuming if you have to do a bunch of commands.
