I have a customer who has an existing RTI T2C & RP1 and the remote keeps locking up. He purchased it from another dealer about 6-7 years ago. The company is now out of business so I don't have a copy of the file and I can't remember if you can upload a file from a remote or not. The last time I touched an RTI remote system was about 5 yrs ago.
The customer is selling the house and leaving the remote for the new homeowner and I need to get that system working for the new homeowner. The remote is fairly complex and there are a bunch of RTI remotes in the rest of the house so I thought it might be easier to replace it with the same remote & reload the programming instead of switching him over to something else or having to program a remote from scratch.
I still have a copy of the programming software on my computer and still have access to their dealer website.
