I've had issues with the URC dimmers in conjunction with Phillips LED light bulbs.  When the bulbs are partially lit, everything is fine. But when the switch is OFF, there's a flicker that's experienced in the circuit.

I've got four bulbs in my kitchen all wired to the same dimmer switch. When I press OFF, bulb 1 will flicker, but then it will "do a little dance" and start to randomly flicker other bulbs, too.

In turn, when I go to bed each night, I never turn the lights competely off because:
- I'm paranoid that the flickering could somehow cause a fixture to overhead or have an electric fire issue
- I'm too lazy to swap out the URC electronic dimmer with a non-URC toggle switch dimmer.

Why don't you pull the tab on the dimmer at night to cut power until you unlazy yourself?
