I usually use UPB smart dimmers in my theaters.

With the advent of dimmable LED replacement bulbs, they work pretty good with UPB dimmers. But what about URC (Lutron) dimmers. Do they work with dimmable LED bulbs? If so, which one should I spec?

They make a MLV (Magnetic Low Voltage) and a LV (Electronic Low Voltage).

Any fellow dealers with real world experience?

I am just an end user, but I haven't had a problem with the dimmers with any brand of dim able led bulbs. The only problem has been noise. My current 100 watt equivalent led bulbs have high pitch hum. I don't remember brand but they were only 100 watt (like) bulb I have seen

Try here.......and see what type of dimmer works; then select an equivilent URC dimmer!

I don't believe URC makes a reverse phase dimmer, which would solve many LED dimming issues. MLV would be safest bet!

I've had issues with the URC dimmers in conjunction with Phillips LED light bulbs.  When the bulbs are partially lit, everything is fine. But when the switch is OFF, there's a flicker that's experienced in the circuit.

I've got four bulbs in my kitchen all wired to the same dimmer switch. When I press OFF, bulb 1 will flicker, but then it will "do a little dance" and start to randomly flicker other bulbs, too.

In turn, when I go to bed each night, I never turn the lights competely off because:
- I'm paranoid that the flickering could somehow cause a fixture to overhead or have an electric fire issue
- I'm too lazy to swap out the URC electronic dimmer with a non-URC toggle switch dimmer.

Why don't you pull the tab on the dimmer at night to cut power until you unlazy yourself?
