Could be a problem with your laptop. That is the biggest common denominator. Try using a different laptop, with the latest software, the redo the firmware updates and redo the program from scratch. If it's as simple as you say, it shouldn't take more than a couple hours.
I've never seen a T2-C+ ever go bad, much less three in a row.
