Bump. Every time I see a discussion about this it never seems to end with a definitive answer, just someone that heard it can be done or is working on it. Any newer info on the discussion above? Has LG ever officially released this supposed IP control? For that matter has Panasonic, Samsung or Sharp done so for any of their consumer sets?
And then I saw that David had posted here so now I'll get the correct info I need. Because you know you can always trust David.
