The RNG200 uses the XMP IR protocol, and many remote models aren't able to learn it well.  Instead of learning, use the Pronto Hex codes starting in post 16 of this thread.  Those codes were evidently learned by an RTI learner.  If you have still some reliablilty problems (not a complete failure), post back and I'll generate Pronto Hex that is completely clean.
