Two semi recent issues I've run into (first I've run into, LG is still my go to entry level player have 100+ installed over the last 2 years) .

- One BP620 wouldn't connect to wireless network, bad wifi card, fortunately the issue arrose 2 days after installation...swapped with new one and all is fine so far, a month later.

- Older model I installed for a customer about 18 months ago last week began not properly accessing network apps - kept saying failed to connect, tested the connection worked fine; turns out it needed a firmware update. ran the check update, downloaded update and all is well and functioning again.
