Just checking to see anyone else is having any problems with LG 620 players or LG players in general?
Ernie, What did you do to resolve your issue? Just want to get some feedback to see if it's more than an "isolated" problem before I check with my disty, etc.
My problem sounds familiar. Just got a message that she gets an error message when trying to play various dvds. She did also mention that since we installed it (in Sept.-12) that has had to unplug it two or three times because it froze up and couldn't get dvd tray to open!! This sounds very familiar to Ernie's problem???
Maybe LG has a problem with this model...............
