I've found I can hold everything I usually need for a rough in in an old style cloth apron. Staples and measuring tape in the pockets, slip a hammer between the string and my waist, and my strippers go in the tool pocket on my pants. Although, they could go in the apron with the tape.
Whatever works for you.
Aprons remind me of tossing everything in a big bag and then rummaging through it to find what your looking for.
I'm not saying its wrong,it just doesn't work for me.
I need to have a spot for everything and everything in its spot otherwise I go nuts.
