yeah, I hate to tell you but it does. And from the person you least expect it too. Had to deal with this not to long ago, still waiting for reimbursement of legal fees/interest which i doubt ill never see but atleast i got what was "owed" to me. after paying my lawyer I broke nearly even on parts cost/a bit of my time. What was left over bought a few drinks at the watering hole.

In situations like this you come to have a love/hate relationship with your lawyer.
