I'm having much the same problem with a Harmony One+. On the "watch tv" acitivity, using a generic set top box, the label "Red" without quotes brings up a red icon on the set up screen and thence on the remote. Just what I want.
On the "watch media" activity, using a Popcornhour media box, I just get the words red and so on-no icon. Not what I want.
Any ideas, anyone?
