Yeah, me too. Although still technically a Crestron dealer I'm now a very p*iss*d off Crestron dealer. They would have to gift us the gear to get us to spec. Crestron for small/medium multiroom a/v in future. For media rooms/theatres forget it, - just do Bitwise or RTI. At least you'll stay competitive.
