Unfortunately, no longer a Crestron dealer. Instead of contacting us and discussing full line, they just chopped us off. It was a quick switch to C4 and I haven't looked back. JAP has good HDMI distribution with C4. Works for me.
Yup, pretty much what happened to me. really left a bad taste in my mouth, i have all the intentions of moving to C4 i just dont have the time to fill out the paperwork much less go do a week long training class.
