Hire a programmer and those systems will stay operational and you will be able to upsell--perhaps not to DM but there are alternatives. At Prodigy price points DM --even the 6x4 is a hard sell--or has been for me. Original PLX2 is a problematic remote but PTX3 can be made to resemble the MTX3.
Unfortunately, no longer a Crestron dealer. Instead of contacting us and discussing full line, they just chopped us off. It was a quick switch to C4 and I haven't looked back. JAP has good HDMI distribution with C4. Works for me.
