I don't understand the question.  You can use the 983 Signature blinkback to find which Atlas you have (I guess it will be 3033), and use the Lookup Tool to see the available setup code and/or protocol executors.

In this case I used RemoteMaster and an upgrade file to get the EFCs.  Or you can type the OBC numbers (from the Sony pages) into RM and it will show you the EFCs.
