If your remote looks like
this one
, then it is an Atlas. Unless it says 1056B0

on the back (1056B01 or any other number should be OK), then it is programmable.
Follow the
994 instructions
to add the EFCs to a couple of buttons.
If your remote looks like <a href="http://kb.comporium.com/CableTV/How-to-use-my-Cable-TV-Remote-Control">this one</a>, then it is an Atlas. Unless it says 1056B0<b>3</b> on the back (1056B01 or any other number should be OK), then it is programmable. Follow the <a href="http://www.hifi-remote.com/wiki/index.php?title=Manual_Programming_-_9xx_Commands#Program_Effective_Function_Code_.28EFC.29_for_a_single_device">994 instructions</a> to add the EFCs to a couple of buttons.
