I went thru something like this with bbb. A biz partner before I joined the company hung a tv and there painters took it down and put it back up . Then she said it was leaning and going to fall off the wall . She call him at 5pm. He calls back no answer gets a hold off her at 2pm next day and she told him she had somebody else fix it and she was sending a bill . It was for $200 . We asked her to send us the invoice and we would pay the company . She said no and call bbb on us . They told us even if we were right we would have to pay or suffer.

I would just call up agies list and kill them with kindness so when he contacts them all mad they side with you.
