TPD4 will only allow you to change the graphics on the panel. You should be able to extract the panel file without a problem.

However, to change the logic/programming you will need NetLinx Studio and you will need to know how to program in C++ as this is the language that NetLinx/AMX programming is based on. The programming may or may not be available for extraction based on how the original programmer sent it to the processor. NetLinx Studio is a protected program that is only available to dealers.
