In a matter of approx. 1 day, you received responses from a dozen or so industry professionals / experts and they all said the same thing. If that is not a clue for you to either hire a pro or change your thought process then so be it.
I understand you have limited knowledge and you are going in the direction that you are because you are in your comfort zone, but you might want to take a step back and either try to learn more or hire a pro and be done with it.
