Hi Folks,

Any bright ideas on the following, I've emailed URC but not had a reply.

I have used several URC remotes (850,950 and 3000) for years with great success. I've now tried a TX-1000 and hit 2 brick walls.

I have copied a hex IR command (its a learned command for a 5 way HDMI switch I got from eBay) onto a button on the TX-1000, the command is sent by the TX-1000 but the device does not respond. With the same command pasted into the MX-850 the device does?

I've pasted the Hex at the bottom of the post. I've used brand new '100%' power batteries and kept close to the device to make sure its not a power/range issue.

The second involves a built in database command (TV 080 power), it works fine in both remotes as a simple button, but when I put it into a macro, again both remotes send a signal but the TV only responds to the MX-850 and not the TX-1000. I've tried the usual tricks (increased the repeat rate, putting the command into the macro multiple times, even edited the hex to change the burst number from 50 to 100).

Seems like a bugs to me, thanks in advance for any help.

Keith
