I believe the problem is your antenna is way to powerful and that tower is too close to you especially when you are using the even more powerful Titan2 7777 pre-Amp. You may be better off picking up say the CM 4220 which has a wide transition range that should work better when you are close to the tower and perhaps combine it with you other antenna. Direct your antenna toward Buffalo and the CM4220 toward Toronto. Use a high end splitter (2400 MHz), keep the two RG6 cables the same length, and have this seteu runthrough the 7777 pre amp.

Is this overkill? Don't know, perhaps somebody else can elaborate.
