I think I found a good solution (especially considering it is free). I found CloudOn, which is a cloud service that has MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. And it has built in DropBox support. I would have rather it have Evernote support, but I think Pentultimate is the only app that has Evernote integration.

I may later try Apple's iWork suite (Numbers, Page, and Keynote). They of course have iCloud support. And then I could attach those docs to evernote notebooks. Although, the problem I see with that is once I attach a doc to evernote, I cant edit it on the iPad.

But CloudOn is worth checking out
