You probably won't like the answer, but you can easily rectify your problem by looking at the URC website for an authorized dealer in your area. Understand that your dealer went out of business, but there are plenty of shops out there that are rock solid and offer a high level of support and help you know and going forward.

The software is dealer only and dealers could actually give it to you, so it might not be a bad idea anyway.
