Under properties of the volume button itself, in the driver command tab - its the bottom left box labeled Sustain. You can also mess with the delay between those repeats.

Also seems odd to be using a driver in conjunction with IR flasher on the Krell. Are you sure your using driver commands and not just IR commands?
