I have programmed the xp-3 to control Krell s-1000 pre amp. The problem that I have is with the volume control. When pushing the volume button its like repeating the code for more then one time and the volume keeps going up or down for more then one increments On the edit infrared command the minimum repeats number Is set on 0 And there is no mark on repeat while button is pressed And there is no mark on delay for 0.3 seconds after this command.

Hi bennettavi
Its iphone4 as a remote and I'm using IR flashers connected to the XP-3 Where is the sustain button? I didn’t find it on RTI integration designer the buttons that i have are: 1. repeat while button is pressed 2.minimum repeats 3.delay for 0.3 seconds after this command
all off them are unchecked
it's 1 way driver

Under properties of the volume button itself, in the driver command tab - its the bottom left box labeled Sustain. You can also mess with the delay between those repeats.
Also seems odd to be using a driver in conjunction with IR flasher on the Krell. Are you sure your using driver commands and not just IR commands?

One simple thing to possibly look into is just trying to move the emitter itself to a new location and seeing if that helps. If memory serves me, a few years back I programmed a RTI T3 to control a Krell preamp and i was not able to place the emitter directly over the "eye" due to iffy success. I moved the emitter about a 1/2 inch above it and had better luck.

if all else fails consider that many Krell IR codes are toggle codes

Had Same problem with the xp-6 and iPad. Actually is the amount of repeats that's in the properties of the cOmmand. Usually set to 2 repeats minimum. Set it to zero and that will fix your problem.

If there is not a 2 way driver written for the Krell, then there is no two way feedback.
