Comcast red button remote. The setup code for the DCH3416 is 01376. Please give that a try, and post back if anything is missing.
Thanks for all your info on the thread. It fixed all my problems except one. Would you have any info on how to get an 'exit' button re-programmed. I have a new Comcast/Xfinity grey remote w/ red ok/select key and a Cisco rng200n dvr box.
