I've been in the business for 20 years and have been selling URC for as long as they've been around. In my area, I've never heard of reputable dealers not supporting the product or their clients. I've had plenty of people that have said "I bought it through a reputable dealer...can you help me?" and the "reputable" dealer is Amazon. I'm calling shenanigans on these end-users that say they aren't getting the support from the dealers.
Just in case you are the 1 out of 100 people that can't get the company you bought the remote from to get your programming the way you want it...
1) Write down all desired button adds, page tweaks, etc. after you've spent some time with the remote
2) Give this list to the company you bought it from
It'll take them about 10 minutes on an MX900 to make any needed tweaks.
