Hi. I just picked up a new MX-900 to use with my new home theater setup and need some help. I got the MX-900 editor software but cannot seem to get it to work. I have it installed and connected the remote but when I run the program I keep getting an "Unable to Connect [SC-1]" error. Is there anything else I need to do to get the program to recognize the remote? The first time I plugged the remote in windows poped up and automatically installed what I assume was the necessary drivers, and when I installed the MX-900 editor program there weren't any other drivers with it that I can think of. If anyone could help me out that would be great.

i am having the exact problem, is there a fix for this yet?
I just got my remote replaced and thought it would be an easy fix until this error started popping up.

my dealer has new software that i dont have, does anyone have a file update or software willing to share so i can get this thing up and running again.
