I did see that there have been issues with the + series remotes.
As a matter of fact, I read this entire thread top to bottom.

I did not sell the remote to the client. I've been asked to come in and 'pick up the pieces' where a customer was left hanging and frustrated.
Certainly not trying to rush in any way... but I'll definatelly be watching this thread for that fix.
