I just tried out a URC/Lutron 433 lamp dimmer with a code set I received and it works perfectly. It's even easier to set up than with a URC remote.

To be clear about this, you must have the following:
1. A 433Mhz RTI remote.
2. A 433Mhz URC/Lutron dimmer. (Also known as "B" series)
3. The codeset.
4. The buttons must be set in stand-alone mode.
5. The URC programing sheet for the dimmers.
6. Be able to read and follow directions.
That's it. Simple.

The codes are now in the Mega-List.

share code set?

What?? How can you possibly send URC's version of RF to a Lutron dimmer from an RTI remote?

Wait a minute....

What did he just say?

Is that because it is on the 433mhz. frequency? I know one of the basic guidelines for FCC regulated devices is to accept any/all incoming signals even if they cause "un-desired" results.

What was that codeset by the way?

I'm wondering if it works like the Crestron/AMX RF trigger codes.

That would be sweet if it works reliably. I'll take 2 lamp dimmers, thanks.

I asked URC about this months ago and was told it would only work with URC remotes and no chance RTI would ever control them nor any other remotes

I dont know why they would say that, as it would inscrease sales on the switches

Well thats good news...RTI controlling URC switches

Yes, it works just like the Crestron/AMX interface.

Just make sure you get the 433 dimmers, not the 418 ones. They are labeled "B" frequency.

Jeff I'd love to get the codeset too. Just means I'll have to order some of those URC keypads.
