Also you will get the most out of the unit if you upgrade the firmware to 3.7.7 or higher. I think it's 3.8.XX (not sure of the last numbers) but it is the last firmware update for the TSU 7000, 7500's. You may already have the update. Look under the settings (looks like a small pronto icon) to see what the firmware version is. you will need to use 2.1.8 version of pronto edit software if you are at firmware 3.7.7 or higher. All the software and firware downloads are available at remotecentral. I also picked up a backup 7000 from ebay. ( a lot more showing up lately) I have an issue with the ebay unit as it has older firmware on it and I haven't been able to update it to 3.7.7 using the virtual XP version on my laptop. I am going to reserect one of my old XP machines and see if I can get to update the firmware that way. If not, don't know what I'll do as I have a highly tweeked setup on my current setting using Firware 3.7.7 and the latest pronto edit software.
