My only complaint is they don't have a universal voltage. I'm mainly complaining because we installed our typical Altronix power supply and tried powering these 12VDC cameras with 24VAC. Whoops! Had to order three new cameras. They are comparable to most cameras I've seen.

You are correct, our 100 and 300 series are 12V DC only. But our 500 and 700 series are dual voltage for 12V DC and 24V AC. Thanks for your support!
