You should probably look at it like you purchased a $500+ remote for a song, and I think $200 bucks (assuming they do good work) is a good deal. This remote is NOT comparable to a Harmony remote in terms of build, look, features and programming power.

Also, I wouldnt call six devices "only six devices". Programming a system that consists of a projector, receiver, satellite box, bluray, media server and cd changer is an average good quality system and number of devices (especially 6) is not how a job is measured.

Again for $200 which includes a house visit you are getting an excellent deal. If you can get the software as well, then your deal get's better.
