just programmed T2C+ with code from the set and threw two dimmers in our showroom, i haver intermittent control, sometimes code gets sent, sometimes not. tried re-addressing/different ID's but still same problem. I've followed all instructions/suggestions so far.

Which model dimmers are you using?
If the codes are only getting sent sometimes, then the problem is either with the remote or the programming.
What suggestions have you tried?
