Thanks for the link this will help, I guess my 2 main questions are about favorites channels and turn off macros.

How do I assign the channel numbers to the channels, right now when I press a favorites buttons it only send out 000.

And must I set up macros to power down my euipment.

Sorry for the basic questions, I am brand new to the Mx-980 CCP, once I get familar with I will be off and running, I also had a learning curve with my previous, remote, the MX-810
