I imported the SIMPL module from the Crestron website for the DSC PowerSeries. The module opens in SystemBuilder and is a simple RS232 control. I'm looking at the outputs now and it doesn't seem to provide full control of monitoring all the closures, but its something.

What I think I want is to have a security system that I can drop into SB and be able to create events based on specific sensors in the system. For example, i would prefer to use the existing motion detectors that will be in the security system instead of having to put in a second one just for lights.
