I'm actually at a Crestron training right now and I was having a problem myself getting into some software. I had to reinstall some stuff using Run as Administrator and open the software with Run as Admin also.
Who says you can't put 61" plasmas up on cantilever mounts using toggle bolts? <---Thanks Ernie ;)
