So this issue is driving me nuts. I have re-installed everything and crestron software too for the 6th time. Under system builder the only thing that will come up is prodigy/adagio configuration software. I need the MPC configurator and everytime I start it up it takes me to the "Help Manual" It also happens with MPS software.

My window's 7 desktop loads the software fine and can configure to my hearts content. Has anyone else had these types of issues? im at wits end and am extremely frustrated. I need to get this programmed tomorrow and really dont want to dis-assemble my desktop and drag it in there to configure this. Help Please TIA
