Asking every little question here is not research. If you are interested in cooling, perform a search on cooling of electronic systems. There are several good papers out there.

Based on your questions, it appears that you have not even had a preliminary meeting with a CI. I’m not usually and ass (depends who you ask I guess), but I use these forums to learn and help where I can. Your questions are as basic as tying your shoelaces.

I think you need to get a little further along in the process with your CI and then poses some pertinent questions.
