Hi Everyone,

I have a BenQ SP840 that I need to setup with my RTI TC-C+ and an XP-6. I called BenQ to get the rs232 commands but I cannot seem to get this to work. I have a cm-232 that is plugged into io port 6 of the XP-6. Here is what the rs232 command is:

power on: *pow=on# (which I tried and also tried *pow=on#\r and \r*pow=on#\r)
power off: *pow=off#

Can someone help, Please?
