The CBD-AD requires the P-MNET-Gateway. I don't think the two gateways talk to each other. The older prodigy switches were not EX dimmers/switches.
This doesn't make sense. The EX gateway is built-in and the mnet-gateway exists for the tstat, old lighting and keypads. Of course you can use both at the same time.
As I said earlier, install the dimmer as a normal single pole lighting leg.
Make the hot going to the 3-way switches a normal hot.
Install the keypads as normal programable keypads that you can program to do whatever you want.
Program on/off to turn that lighting load on/off and the up and down arrows as raise/lower lights.
You could set the 3 extra buttons as scenes or still use them for audio or whateve the hell you want.
