That appears to be the latest version.
What controller are you using? Are you sure you are using these settings and cable?
RS-232C Cable Type: 9-pin CROSS cable
Settings
Speed: 9600bps
Data Length: 8bit
Parity: None
Stop: 1bit

IP Control
Port Number: 8102
