If this is for Demo/Learning to use stuff Id suggest:
1 PMC3-XP
1 SWAMP
1 CEN-TRACK with either the AM/FM/XM card or Audionet card
1 TPS-6L
1 PTL-4L
1 PTX-3
1 (or more) dimmer(s) of your choice
1 CHV-TSTAT
That will give you lighting and HVAC, distributed audio(which in principal works the same as video) 2 different sized touch pannels to learn good GUI design on and lastly some experience with cross-points.
I learned on a Pro2 Pad8 C2N-TXM and STX-1700CXP
